Gemini Finds | West Elm Mid-Century 6 Drawer Dresser
West Elm’s Mid-Century 6-Drawer Dresser - Acorn
Wayfair’s Foundstone Rodney 6 Drawer Double Dresser
I think either of these would look fabulous in a bedroom, entry way, dining room or anywhere storage is needed.
Style it on top with a colorful ceramic lamp (or neutral, non-ceramic - I’m an equal opportunity decorator!), a couple favorite coffee-table type books laid flat with your favorite thrifted and/or vintage mid-century modern looking decorative object on top of the books to “anchor” them, and of course, a houseplant or two (or three :) with some choice artwork hung above.
Tangent subject: remember when hanging artwork, we’re shooting for the center of the artwork to be about 58”-62” above the ground. That means if your furniture is about 32” high, the bottom edge of the frame of your art should generally be positioned about 3” to 8” above the furniture. Same if you’re doing a gallery, the center of the gallery should also be about 58”-62” above the floor.
